About Us
My wife is turning into a fitness junkie and I am loving it. She is the inspiration for our "gym" and for getting us started in the personal training business. We both have full-time jobs as Army Officers so this is definitely our "hobby" but we are committed to the finest personal service you will find in Clarksville. We have both fallen in love with the methods taught at www.crossfit.com and we have committed ourselves to spreading their message since 2008, so come on and "drink the kool-aid".
