Crazy Wife Workout Numero Uno


10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of each exercise with a 200m hill sprint in between each round.
Burpees
Pull ups
Box Jumps
Push ups

Hey! Just returned from your neck of the woods. We had a week in San Antonio for our Spring break. We did the whole river walk, Alamo, Caves, etc.... We also did the major traffic! YIKES! I wish we would of checked out the local crossfit. I am addicted. Have a great week. Keep up the work!
